The Corporate Bottleneck

Is your team spending the day copying and pasting?

Being buried in administrative work is not an indicator of success; it's an indicator of broken processes.

01

Systems that don't talk to each other

The sales department uses HubSpot, operations uses Monday, and accounting uses Excel. Someone has to manually transfer info from one side to the other.

02

Costly Errors

An extra zero on a manual spreadsheet or a duplicate customer in the system can cost thousands of dollars and the customer's trust.

03

Frustrated Employees

You hired brilliant talent who spend 40% of their day doing "data entry" instead of doing strategic work that generates revenue.

True digital transformation is invisible.

When machines talk to each other, people return to creating value.

How we roll it out

We audit the process first, then we automate

Automating a broken process only makes the mistake happen faster. That's why the order matters.

01Before we propose anything

We audit the process, not the tool

We look at how information moves today between sales, operations and admin, and where someone is copying data from one system into another.

  • Map of the systems that don't talk to each other
  • Where the same information gets retyped
  • Which mistake gets expensive when it slips through
02Before writing code

We pick what gets automated first

You don't automate everything at once. We rank by hours consumed and risk, and we put in writing what stays out of scope.

  • Ranked by hours consumed and risk
  • Scope in writing: what's in and what's out
  • What happens when the process fails
03While your team keeps working

We build and integrate against your systems

We connect CRM, ERP and spreadsheets over each system's real APIs. Your team keeps working as usual while it's implemented.

  • Integrations over your systems' APIs
  • Data validation and duplicate control
  • A log of every automated operation
04At handover

Handover with the dashboard in plain sight

You get visibility into what runs on its own, alerts when something breaks, and documentation so change doesn't depend on one person.

  • Dashboard of what ran and what failed
  • Alerts when an integration goes down
  • Documentation and training for your team

FAQ

What people ask before automating the first process

The real questions owners and operations leads bring before we start.

Another question? Message me

The one that is repetitive, high volume, and governed by clear rules — that is where automation pays for itself and the risk stays low. In practice it is usually one of three families: data being retyped between systems by hand, catalog and price-list updates, and documents that arrive by email (invoices, orders, notifications). I start by auditing your current processes and ranking them by the hours they consume and by how much an error hurts. The first one we automate is the one that wins on both counts.

No. Automation is built on top of the tools you already have: it connects through the system's API when one is exposed, through webhooks when the system announces changes, or by reading the mailbox when the information arrives by email. I have done exactly this — integrating a commercial CRM with a custom platform, syncing new records and opportunities in both directions without the team ever switching tools. Migrating systems is a separate project, and it is almost never the right first step.

It depends on scope, which is why I do not quote a catalog price: I quote it after seeing the process. What moves the number is concrete — how many systems have to be integrated, whether those systems expose an API or need another approach, what volume they handle, and whether any step needs human supervision. Moving data between two systems with APIs is bounded work; a flow that touches five tools and makes decisions with AI is not. In the first conversation I tell you which range yours falls into and what is worth deferring to a second phase.

It is designed on the assumption that eventually it will. Critical steps — anything that moves money, closes a sale, or writes to a customer — run human-in-the-loop: the system prepares the action and a person approves it before it executes. Everything else carries data validation, retries, and a log of what it did, so when something fails you can see exactly where and fix it. It is the same standard I hold my own agents to: they propose, they do not act alone.

No, and that is rather the point. Good automation is invisible: the team keeps working in the tools they already know — the CRM, email, WhatsApp, the spreadsheet — and what changes is that they stop copying data between them. When a new screen is genuinely needed, I build it for someone who is not technical. Training ends up being short because we are not adding another tool, we are removing work from the middle.
