I'm Gabriel Benitez, a Senior Full Stack Developer & AI Automation Engineer. I technically lead several projects in parallel, from architecture to delivery: I audit a business's processes and turn them into software and AI agents that actually run the operation, with a human in the loop when it matters.
I work remotely by objectives (GMT-3), in English and Spanish, on a stack of Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL (Neon) and the Claude API with MCP for agent orchestration. My edge: I ship end-to-end systems —from data scraping to WhatsApp chatbots, from CRM to voice agents— with a real focus on data and API security. Clients across Spain and LatAm.

Multi-app energy-sector SaaS platform (Spain)
I lead the end-to-end architecture of my largest project: an electricity-contract CRM built from scratch, a lead radar cross-referencing HERE Maps and Google Places with normalization and dedup at scale, a WhatsApp chatbot, energy pricing via scraping, prepaid balance and tiered commissions. Next.js-on-Node monorepo, Neon/Drizzle, Stripe, Pusher and Vercel; 8 automation handlers over GoHighLevel. I designed the multi-tenant security layer: PostgreSQL RLS, granular RBAC, OAuth 2.0/JWT, distributed rate limiting, webhook signing (timingSafeEqual) and AES-256-GCM encryption at rest.
WhatsApp chatbot + omnichannel inbox
Conversational agent (Evolution API) that handles, qualifies and routes leads, with signed webhooks, rate limiting and a unified inbox for the sales team.
AI voice agent — calls and scheduling
AI phone agent that cold-calls and books sales appointments automatically.
Operator agents — CEO, Dev, Coach and Admin
A fleet of autonomous agents (Claude API + MCP, human-in-the-loop): CEO and Dev at platform level, a Coach that assists each sales rep, and an Admin that suggests improvements and automations.
Santtia — 7 AI agents (telecom)
An ecosystem of 7 specialized agents over Telegram (scheduling, support, legal, routing), with multi-agent orchestration in n8n and integration to their internal systems.
Skynde — logistics and shipment tracking
Site with tracking API, shipping quoter and SEO, part of Rotundo Media Group (I led the delivery of 20+ sites since 2022).
