🏢 From process audit to leading the platform

I joined Enerwise to audit repetitive admin, marketing, and sales processes. I built custom solutions for each bottleneck and today I lead the second stage: a multi-app SaaS that centralizes the whole operation.

📋 Full CRM, built from scratch

Optimized for electricity contracts: contacts, opportunities with notes, tasks, appointments, calendar, user groups, and settings — all integrated in the platform, no external tools required.

🤖 AI modules in production

  • Lead radar: geolocated scraping engine crossing HERE Maps + Google Places to detect prospects by area, with normalization and deduplication at scale.
  • Eva: WhatsApp chatbot that answers, qualifies, and routes leads, with an omnichannel inbox for the sales team.
  • Voice agent: AI-powered calls for prospecting and appointment scheduling.
  • Operator agents: a fleet of autonomous agents (CEO, Dev, Coach, and admin assistant) that monitor the business and propose improvements — nothing runs without human approval.

🔒 Architecture and security

Next.js monorepo on Node, Neon + Drizzle, Stripe (prepaid balance and commissions), Pusher, and Vercel. Enterprise-grade security: multi-tenant Postgres RLS, granular RBAC, OAuth 2.0, distributed rate limiting, webhook signing, and encryption at rest.
